収集するデータ

録音データ、文字起こし、タイトル、メモ内容は開発者のサーバーへ送信せず、端末内に保存します。

任意の利用状況共有

初期設定はOFFです。設定で同意した場合のみ、録音・文字起こし成功、Pro画面表示、購入操作と固定分類のエラー、日時、版番号、プラン、ランダムなインストール識別子をSupabaseへ送信し、開発者へのResendメールに集計します。音声・文字起こし本文・氏名・連絡先・場所・ファイル名・自由文エラーは送りません。識別子はサーバーでHMACハッシュ化する仮名化データであり、匿名とは扱いません。イベントは35日、集計は13か月保存します。OFFにすると未送信分を破棄し、送信済みイベントの削除を要求します。通信できない場合は次回以降に再試行します。集計と配信済みメールは残ります。共有しなくても機能制限はありません。

Optional usage sharing

Off by default. Only after consent, successful recording/transcription, Pro screen views, purchase actions and fixed error categories, timestamps, app version, plan and a random installation identifier are sent to Supabase and summarized in Resend emails to the developer. Audio, transcripts, names, contacts, locations, filenames and free-form errors are not sent. Identifiers are HMAC-hashed server-side and are pseudonymous, not anonymous. Events are retained for 35 days and aggregates for 13 months. Disabling sharing discards pending events and requests deletion of sent events, retrying when connectivity returns. Aggregates and delivered emails remain. Sharing is optional and does not restrict features.

録音と文字起こし

録音には iPhone または Apple Watch のマイクを使用します。文字起こしには iOS の音声認識機能を使用します。音声認識処理の扱いは Apple のシステム機能と端末設定に従います。

録音時の同意

ユーザーは、会議や会話を録音する前に、適用される法令、勤務先や所属組織のルール、参加者への通知や同意の要否を確認してください。WatchMinutes は、秘密録音や許可されていない録音を目的としたアプリではありません。

共有機能

ユーザーが共有ボタン、PDF出力、音声ファイル書き出し、整理用プロンプトコピーを実行した場合のみ、ユーザーの操作により外部アプリやクリップボードへ内容が渡されます。WatchMinutes は、録音データ、文字起こし、プロンプト、タイトル、メモ内容を第三者AIサービスへ送信、アップロード、共有しません。

第三者AIサービスへの送信

WatchMinutes には、ChatGPT、OpenAI、またはその他の第三者AIサービスへ録音データや文字起こしを送信する SDK、API連携、サーバー処理、ネットワークリクエストはありません。プロンプトコピー機能は、録音タイトル、録音日時、録音時間、言語設定、文字起こし、ユーザーが選択したプロンプト形式を、ユーザーの明示操作により端末のクリップボードへコピーする機能です。ユーザーが別アプリやWebサービスへ手動で貼り付けた場合、その内容は貼り付け先サービスの利用規約とプライバシーポリシーに従って扱われます。

Third-party AI services

WatchMinutes does not send, transmit, upload, or share recordings, transcripts, prompts, titles, or notes with ChatGPT, OpenAI, or any third-party AI service. The app does not include any third-party AI SDK, API integration, server-side AI processing, or network request to an AI service. The prompt copy feature only copies text to the user's local clipboard after explicit user action. If the user later pastes the copied text into another app or website, that action is controlled by the user and is handled by the destination service.

削除

録音データと文字起こしは、アプリ内の削除機能で削除できます。共有済みの外部アプリ、クリップボード、またはユーザーが貼り付けた外部サービス上のデータは、WatchMinutes から削除できません。

購入情報

WatchMinutes Pro の購入と復元には Apple の StoreKit を使用します。開発者はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得しません。
